Can be paid in cash or cheque - cheques to be made payable to Ashanti Dance Company. Should a cheque be returned unpaid, the equivalent amount must be paid in cash in addition to the bank charge incurred.
Fees must be paid before the class begins.
Under no circumstances will credit be given.

Refunds are not issued, except in the unlikely event of a cancellation of a class or workshop by Ashanti Dance Company.

Where deposits are required for classes / courses / workshops, these must be paid beforehand and are non-refundable.

Newcomers to the studio must ensure that they fill out an introduction form detailing any medical conditions we should be aware of. Should you suffer a serious medical condition we may require a doctor’s letter to approve participation in the class.
Please ensure that all clothing and footwear is appropriate for the class participated
Due to respect for the participants of the class, spectators are forbidden
